RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (where applicable)
If you still haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued. Next step, contact your bank. It often takes some time before your refund is posted.

Sale items (where applicable)
Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (where applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at perfumeplanet507@gmail.com or call us at 302-2877. Send the article to: Local #19, Plaza Cordoba, Via Fernandez de Cordoba, Panama, 8, , Panama.

Shipment
To return your product, you must send it to: Local #19, Plaza Cordoba, Via Fernandez de Cordoba, Panama, Panama City.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
