Shipments within the city are made through our personal messenger or the PedidosYa platform.
Orders within Panama City are delivered the same day if placed before 3 pm and the next business day if placed after 3 pm.
Orders within the country will be delivered within 48 hours of confirmation.
Our shipments in the city and nationwide are totally FREE from $100 worth of products. By making your purchase you are agreeing to pay for the product only and we will take care of shipping to your requested address. If your order is less than $100, shipping costs $5 in Downtown Panama and $10 in remote areas or outside of Panama City.
Pickup Policies
You can place an order from the website during the checkout process, or you can schedule it by WhatsApp and have it ready to pick up at our Plaza Cordoba store. Upon arrival, you provide us with the purchase confirmation, or the corresponding information to complete the delivery.
At the time of delivery, the user or authorized person must review the package. By signing the agreed receipt, the purchase process will end, being responsible for the merchandise from that moment on. Any damage, shock that occurs after delivery will not be the responsibility of Perfume Planet.
